The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts and before taxes. Delivery estimates begin after dispatch and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Where we ship
We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States only. International shipping is not currently available.
Processing time
Orders typically take 1–3 business days to verify, prepare, and hand to the carrier. Personalized products may require additional preparation time.
Delivery estimate
Standard tracked delivery is estimated at 7–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier handoffs, weather, holidays, address issues, or high-volume periods.
Tracking
We email tracking information after dispatch. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to begin updating. Follow it on our Track Your Order page using the carrier tracking number, not your PawVerna order number.
Split shipments
Items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations. You may receive more than one tracking number at no additional shipping charge.
Address changes
Review your address before placing the order. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed after processing begins, and a parcel cannot usually be rerouted after dispatch.
Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels
If tracking has not updated for seven business days, the parcel is past its estimated delivery window, or the order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number, tracking number, and photos when relevant. Keep the item and packaging while we review the issue with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
