Enter the carrier tracking number from your shipping confirmation email and we'll show you where your parcel is.
Track your parcel
Use the carrier tracking number from your shipping confirmation email — not your order number. It usually looks like LZ123456789US or a long string of digits.
Button not working? Paste your number into 17TRACK directly, or contact us and we'll look it up for you.
Don't have a tracking number yet?
- Check whether your order has shipped. Orders take 1–3 business days to process. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number once the parcel is dispatched.
- Search your inbox for our shipping confirmation — check spam and promotions folders too.
- Look in your account. Sign in to see order status. Ordered as a guest? Use the “View your order” link in your confirmation email — that page always shows current status.
- Still stuck? Contact us with your order number and we'll find it.
What your tracking is telling you
- No scans yet, or “information received”
- The label exists but the carrier hasn't scanned the parcel. This normally clears within 24–72 hours of dispatch. Nothing is wrong.
- “In transit” with no updates for days
- Normal on long routes. Parcels can travel for several days between scans while moving between carriers.
- “Customs clearance”
- Being processed by customs — usually 1–5 days, and outside anyone's control.
- “Out for delivery”
- It's on a truck today. If nobody's home the carrier will leave a notice or try again.
- “Delivered” but nothing arrived
- Check with neighbours, any safe place, and your building's mail room — carriers sometimes scan early. If it hasn't appeared after 48 hours, tell us and we'll open a carrier investigation.
- No movement for 7 business days, or past the delivery estimate
- Contact us with your order and tracking number. We'll chase the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost, we reship or refund in full — your choice.
Delivery estimates, split shipments and address changes are explained on the Shipping & Delivery page. Something arrived damaged or wrong? See Returns & Refunds.
