Where we ship

PawVerna currently ships to eligible delivery addresses in the United States. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is $8.00. Standard tracked shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal is $70.00 or more, after discounts and before taxes. The exact charge is shown at checkout.

Processing

Orders typically require 1–3 business days to verify, prepare, and hand to the shipping carrier. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Personalized products may require additional preparation time.

Delivery estimate

Standard tracked delivery is estimated at 7–20 business days after dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier handoffs, weather, holidays, address issues, or high-volume periods.

Tracking and split shipments

We email tracking information after dispatch. Tracking can take 24–72 hours to begin updating. Items may ship separately from different fulfillment locations, so an order may receive more than one tracking number at no additional shipping charge.

Address changes

Review your delivery address before ordering. Email josefisher001@gmail.com immediately if you notice an error. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed after processing begins. PawVerna is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout.

Delayed, missing, or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated for seven business days, the parcel is past its estimated delivery window, or the order arrives damaged, contact us at josefisher001@gmail.com with your order number, tracking number, and photos when relevant. Keep the product and packaging while we review the issue with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
